Appearance:
Sandra Pullman is forty-nine years old (though she won't thank you for mentioning it) and a slim five feet six inches tall. She has attractively-cut shoulder-length blonde hair, icy blue eyes and a heavily scarred upper left arm after being badly burned as a child. She's generally smartly dressed in well-tailored suits and expertly made-up. She might as well be constructed out of the phrase 'no-nonsense', possibly with some input from 'competitive'. She has a right-hook like the wrath of gods and a PhD in sarcasm.
